Would your organization like to work with integrant?

Steps to working together…

Step 1: Schedule your complimentary 30-minute consultation

Step 2: Sign our Grant Service Agreement and Pay Retainer Fee

  • Our team will send you a customized Grant Service Agreement for review and signature over DocuSign.

  • You will receive an email link to pay the retainer fee (dependent on the selection of services your organization requests) and will be asked to pay the retainer prior to the rendering of services by our team

Step 3: Complete InteGrant's Client Intake Form

Note: You will be invited to complete this form after you have signed a service agreement and paid a one-time retainer fee.

Step 4: Schedule a follow up meeting with InteGrant

Review the Intake Form with the InteGrant Team and construct a plan of action!

Step 5: Gather Information & Documents to get Grant Ready!

  • InteGrant sends you a Document Request List and link to a secure portal where you will upload & share documents with our team.

  • If you do not have a specific grant in mind, this is the stage where our team conducts a funding search & creates a personalized list of funding opportunities that fit your needs and eligibility factors.

  • If an opportunity has been identified by your team, this is where InteGrant dives into reviewing the Request for Proposals (RFP) and application materials.

Step 6: Begin Grant Writing or Administering

We prefer to work in a collaborative nature with our clients:

We will share drafts of proposals as we go. Our ability to help your organization meet a deadline is dependent on the timeliness of your responses!

  • Weekly or bi-weekly check in meetings are often useful. These meetings last around 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the application or award.

  • We ask all clients to carefully review application drafts, attachments and budgets prior to submission. We will not submit an application or report until we receive the "green light" from you!

  • Applications frequently include a proposal narrative/scope of work, budget, budget justification, and attachments (which may include copies of key team member's resumes, diagrams, maps, charts, financial statements, or copies of past audit findings.) We inform you of any required attachment materials well ahead of the deadline, preferably in the "Step 5: Information & Document Gathering Stage"

  • If your organization is opting for post-award grant management assistance, we may need to schedule site visits and/or additional meetings with program officers from the funding agency and/or your team to support overall project and award management.

Step 7: Submit, Log Results, Plan for the Next Step

Applications are either submitted by your organization's representative or InteGrant, per your request.

  • You will be sent a final copy of all submitted materials, including attachments and a confirmation of submission. If your organization handles the submission, we ask you to provide us with a copy of these same materials for record-keeping.

  • A final copy of all materials will also be permanently stored in the secured portal, which your organization's authorized representative(s) will have full, secured access at all times and in accordance with 2 CFR 200 requirements.

  • The application will be logged in your Results spreadsheet so that you can quickly access information and track the application's results as part of the larger "snapshot" of your organization's fundraising efforts.

  • We then debrief and set our next steps together toward the next application and/or managing the grant award!
