Monthly retainer grant searching, forecasting and fundraising strategy building
We will work with your team to build a personalized list of grant & funding opportunities identified for your organization, cause and eligibility. Our team will utilize a wide range of subscription-based platforms to keep your grant calendar up-to-date and funding prospecting looking 12-24 months ahead (a feature most board of directors enjoy!) With this option, we can proactively plan for the future, build competitive proposals well ahead of the deadline, and not miss an opportunity!
One-time grant or contract application preparation services.
You bring us the opportunity, we write the application!
Of course, this is a collaborative effort that will require the involvement and timely submission of materials from your team. Very rarely, do we ever have clients work with us on a one-off basis: our results speak for themselves in our long-standing relationships with clients. But if this is a place to start, let's take the first step together! Please note that we only consider applications having deadlines 6+ weeks in advance, and those with less than 4 weeks to the deadline on a case-by-case basis, based on the availability of our talented writers and their caseload. Our fees are higher for applications with less than 6 weeks advance notice.
Annual grant writing/fundraising and development services
Many of our clients prefer to work on an "annualized fee," where they set an annual amount for their grant writing service budget. This helps them plan and set budgets with their board of directors. Our firm then bills against this amount, on a monthly basis. This option provides the most cost-effective and successful outcomes for clients. By working together on an ongoing basis, you will realize a more effective, efficient grant writing relationship that often results in a greater Return on Investment (ROI) for your organization.

Grant award administration and post-award support
Getting the grant is one thing: administering it is another!
This package is for those who have received (or expect to receive) an award, whether it be a grant, contract, or sponsorship and seek assistance in applying its use in accordance with the award terms and conditions. Careful consideration will be paid to the award agreements, state and federal requirements, audit threshold, expense tracking, reporting, and time & effort keeping. Better yet, if we've been working together from the proposal stage, the post-award process is much more streamlined!

We facilitate workshops, board retreats, and support project teams as they are preparing for (or administering) awards.
We offer customized training to organizations, their board members and staff in topics such as grant writing, pre-and post-award training, and grant file organization.

We specialize in helping groups organize their "grant filing cabinets" whether they be electronic or physical; create template materials that YOUR team can take forward in preparing competitive grant and contract applications; prepare for audits; as well as additional professional writing, editing and fundraising services (including developing concept papers, building and maintaining relationships with funders, creating sponsorship packages with levels of giving, capital campaigns, etc.)
